Same-Day Refund & Exchange Process

  1. Verification: Once our support team verifies your request, a reverse pickup is initiated within 24 hours.

  2. Pickup: Our courier partner will collect the product within 1-2 business days.

  3. Instant Action: As soon as the item is picked up, your refund or exchange is initiated the same day.

Note: Our couriers may refuse pickup if original tags are missing or if the item shows signs of being worn, washed, or soiled.

Exchange for Something Else

Found something else you love? You can exchange your original item for a different product.

  • If the new item costs more, you simply pay the difference.

  • If it costs less, we will refund the balance to you as a gift card.
